Returns Policy

Return window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return if you’re unsatisfied.

How to start a return
Email hello@aetheraccent.com with your order number, the piece name, and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and a return authorization.

Condition requirements

  • Artwork must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including certificate/authentication materials and hardware).
  • Returns that arrive damaged or not in original condition may be rejected or refunded partially at our discretion after inspection.

Return shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use a trackable, insured carrier; Aether + Accent is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

Inspection & refund timing

  • Allow 3–5 business days after delivery to our studio for inspection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take additional time).

Damaged or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover shipping in these cases.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom sizes and made-to-spec commissions are final sale (not eligible for return).
  • Items marked “Final Sale.”

Exchanges
Prefer an exchange? Email us within the 14-day window—exchanges follow the same condition and shipping requirements.

Packaging reminder
Please re-pack the artwork in its original protective materials. If those are unavailable, use equivalent professional packaging. Damage from inadequate packaging may reduce or void your refund.
